You may not be able to replace the harness 1. it most likely not even available 2. its too expensive and 3. the labor involved would be huge. You will need to find it and repair it. it always helps to tell what engine/ trans you have, the wiring diagrams are different. The white wire will be power and it comes from the fuel pump relay (drivers strut tower, inner relay) take a test light and put one lead on positive battery terminal, now disconnect the relay and connect test light to the white wire, now disconnect the fuel pump and if the light is on, there is a short, and you will need to follow the harness and wiggle it until the light flickers, then you may find the short.
need to check immobilizer unit device that will open the supply power to relay and start engine check up all circuit line who involves key switch and device
check your headlamp swicth, if thats not it check the lightbulbs, if you put the wrong one in you may have upped the ohms creating heat, wich as a default should collect at either the switch or relay.
you could also just have a shorted switch
