replace the link between the alternator and the positive side of the battery. This is a fusable link and sometimes can cause this problem this would be the easy fix and is hard to test

SOURCE: How to purge air from power steering system on

MOST SYSTEMS WILL PURGE IF YOU FILL THE RESERVOIR TO THE RIGHT LEVEL AND ROCK THE STEERING FULLY TO THE LEFT AND THEN TO THE RIGHT. DO THIS WITH THE CAP OFF AND THE AIR SHOULD COME TO THE TOP OF THE FLUID.

Check the neutral safety switch. It could have gotten knocked loose or been left unplugged during the install.

If fuel pump is not coming on, check the relay. The relay is incorporated into the CCRM, which is under the hood at the passenger side wheel well. Back-probe pin 5 of the CCRM connector (dark green wire with yellow stripe) using a 12 volt test light or voltmeter. Connect the other test wire to a good engine or chassis ground point. Pin 5 should be hot when the key is turned on. If not, check pins 11 and 12 in the same way. If pin 11 (light blue/orange stripe wire) is not hot, check the 20 amp fuel pump fuse.
If the pump is working, see if there is a schrader valve on the fuel rail on top of the engine where you can check for fuel pressure by depressing the valve stem. Do this carefully with a rag over the valve to prevent squirting fuel on yourself.
If you have fuel pressure, check for spark using the procedure given at the following post: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5821173-doesnt_car_start_gasoline_engines .
Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks fopr using FixYa.

make sure the ign.warning light comes on when ign on no engine running, i think the alt, gets its field current through the warning light bulb, also there is a anti interferance capacitor fixed to the o/s inner wing which can go s/c. check the large brown wire on the alt. is it batt pos? there is a through bulkhead power stud on the o/s that burns and goes o/c and removes the batt. supply from the alt.

1994 E150 van ford no alt power have changed the alt. charged the batt

There is a fuse or fuseable link between the alt and battery, and the alt gets a signal from the key to activate the voltage regulator.
I would check for batt voltage at the alternator and you may need a wiring diagram to check for key voltage.

I got 04 ford focus good battery alternator but no charge also i check fuse box next t the battery and the other inside the car everything is good but my alternator still dont charge

1) check 10A fuse in the batt. juction box (eng. comp.) hot at all times.
2) check the large red battery wire to the alt. for good conn.
3) make sure the alt. is grounded properly
4) gray wire sent from the alt. to the PCM
5) blue wire sent from the PCM to the regulator (alt.)
6) small red wire power frorm the 10A fuse
if all checks out and still not charge replace the alt.

Car wont except charge new batt. and alt.it just dies after 1 min. Batt light remains lit

Suggest that you go to Harbor Freight and purchase a 4 dollar volt meter and check the voltage across the battery terminals without the engine running and with the engine running. A charged battery will read about 13 volts, a battery connected to a running engine will read between 13.9 and 14.2 volts.

If you read less than either, you have a burned fuse wire (that is a piece of wire that acts as a fuse). They are a bad design item and VERY hard to find - but will be the cause - or you have a bad lead/connection at the alternator.....
