2004 pontiac gtp was running so i trailered it to my shop to fix Steering rack and now its a no spark no start situation... whats the problem/solution???

You need a new starter solenoid. It is essentially a heavy duty remote switch that is activated by your ignition key switch.
The solenoids get stuck or don't conduct well after 6 to10 years.
Spark plugs, transmission fluid and coolant change, supercharger oil, air filter, fuel filter, tires, brakes, engine mounts, BTSI inspection and power steering fluid. Also inspect the belts, hoses, pulleys and look for wiring damage.
Anytime a power steering compononent is leaking it requires replacement. whether or not you choose to replace it is up to you. if you lose all power steering fluid you will lose your power assist however mechanical steering ability is still maintained.
i have an ABS, Traction Control, and Variable Steering warning lights come on right after i put the car in drive and move forward.

This is definitely a power steering problem. I had this same problem about a year ago. I had to get my Power Steering Rack replaced, this fixed the noise and problem. You can add power steering fluid as a temporary fix, but your problem will not permanently go away. You are probably leaking fluid out of your steering rack.
The sound that you are hearing probably happens more often when you are acclerating around a turn, right?? Does it sound like a little foreign car in reverse?? Also, the wheel may be a little stiff when first starting out.
