Most likely a gas cap or emissions issue, if you are sure the car is running fine. But you will have to have it scanned to know for sure.

Ford t bird starts for a few seconds but acts as if it looses ignition is there a start run relay on this model?

With ours, the engine began to run several kinds of poorly around 45,000 miles - lots of misfire, low power, faltering under load, and so on. After getting tons of suggestions and a couple failed "sure fixes" from my otherwise trusted mechanic, I changed out the spark plugs, spark coils, and boots, based on my own research. Since then it has run wonderfully!

*Owner of Mecedes C230 Model 2004. 271 engine. Done 85K miles * Check engine light come on when speed at around 135km & misfiring. * Switch off & restart the engine, is ok but misfiring again...

I know what the problem is. It's going to cost u about $25,000 to fix the problem. Just buy a new car and dump that crappy piece of metal in a river. Mercedes Benz will never be on my wish list ever again. Even the mechanics can't figure out the problem with my check engine light after I pay $2,000 for a check engine light service. They F***** it up even more. My car now is in line to get a heart transplant because it's dying.

How to when you are stoped at a light or etc it shakes real bad put not in nutral

You may need just a good old fashioned tune up, the vehicle may be at high enough rpms during idle with no load (park or neutral) however under acceleration or idle with load (in gear) the misfire is felt. try plugs, wires, and filters all around.

I have a 2008 Equinox LT FWD with the 3400 motor in it with 89,000 miles. A couple of weeks ago I noticed it would miss while at highways speeds(50-60mpg) under load(going up slight hills) and it would do...

Had a similar problem, cannot explain it but dealer stated that we needed a new software update in the computer of the car. Once they did this the transmission shifted better and did not miss in high gear. I don't understand why this fixed it when we did not have a problem with it before, you would think that with this type of fix this issue would have happened when first purchased not 2 years later.

1997 Ford windstar Low power and very poor acceleration under load. Bogs down severly under load. No codes, fuel pressure at 35 at idle and around 40 under a load.

35 is low fuel pressure, should be around 40-44 PSI and 46-50 PSI under a load, replace the fuel filter it may be clogged.

The ign lights do not come up when the key is turned just the h/brake and abs light the battery seems not to be charging and the car dies when the batt is dead model 200te estate H reg

This sounds like the output regulator on the alternator! if the car has electronic ignition, this works under load from the engine! if the alternator is not working the the electronic ignition will run off the battery.... thus draining it and the engine will stop! can you test he alternator using a test meter, this should throw out approx' 14-15volts under load! if this is dropping or does not register a voltage then the alternator is at fault! replace and charge battery! hey presto.
hope this helps
Kind regards
