If these are the gas tube style supports, there is a metal half moon clip on either end that has to be pryed back to release and removed to pull the tube off the most that it connects to.

TAKE FRONT COVER OFF(AFTER REMOVING FAN, BELT S, PULLEY AND FAN SHROUD).THEN REMOVE CRANK SHAFT PULLEY. WHEN COVER IS REMOVED YOU'LL SEE 3 SPROKETS, SUGGEST TO BRING CRANK TO TOP DEAD CENTER UNTIL YOU SEE ALL 3 MARKS FOR THE TIMING BELT. REMOVE BELT/INSTALL NEW AND REVERSE PROCEDURE.

Where is the reset fuse for a 1994 940 volvo

There is a small black box in the engine compartment on the driver side. When you find this small box, you will gently lift the top. You will not need tools. You will find a small button.Push that button and place the cover bac on. Your car should run now.

How do I remove the front seat headrest on a '94 Volvo 940?

two answers,depending on seat.
1.push in 1/2 moon shape piece at bottom of post and lift,it is stiff...
2.about 6 inches down from the post on the back of the seat you will feel a small 1" pad, push it in hard and lift headrest,it will be stiff.
better if someone sits in back and tries to move headrest at first cos you will only have one hand free
and from experience a face full of headrest can hurt.

Difficult to change out rear main oil seal/gaskets on 1994 940 non( turbo) station wagon?

In general, the answer is yes. I have not changed one in quite a while but almost always you have to lift the engine to get the oil pan off. You need the oil pan off to loosen the main bearing caps.
