1995 jaguar driver seat won't move.

You might want to try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it. This procedure fixed my seat that was not working. It works fine now. I know it sounds too good to be true but it usually works

1996 jaguar xj6 Drivers power window and seat and mirror stop working. Is there a relay that controls all these devices.

If you jumped the car placing the black to the battery not the trunk latch there is a good chance you could have blown the relays. Been there and done that exact problem, i fixed it by replacing the window switch (relay is licated inside) and the relays on both seats.
