SOURCE: cruise control ford escape 2002. ford escape

If the cruise lamp comes on and the cruise does not set i would advise inspecting the cruise cable and make certain it is not broken, if ok the the servo has likely failed.

How long will it take to change a 2006 ford escape control arm bushings

No more than two hours, but you will need a "pickle fork" tool for the ball joints (if you need to drop the lower A arm), and a few other specialized tools, as well as a front alignment after the replacement is done.

2006 Ford Escape drivers side door locks but won't unlock

Andy, does the actuator make any noise when you press the lock switch? If it does not make any noise than you have a faulty control switch.

Where is the cabin filter located on my 2006 Ford Escape? I use to have a kick *** AC, but lately it needs to be turned up to really work. Someone said that I may need a new cabin filter. Where is this...

The 2006 ord escape has two locations for a cabin air filter, they had a change up year modification

first and most popular location is under passenger side of the wiper cowl: To remove the cowl, you have to first pop the cap on the passenger side wiper arm and remove the nut usually a 13mm nut so you can remove the wiper arm, once arm is off you can remove the screws retiaining the plastic wiper cowl, once cowl is removed you will see air box on the left where usually jam up with leaves or dust etc..replacement is just removing out and placing new one in the place where the old one was

2nd location will be behind the glove box, you need to squeeze the sides of the glove box to allow it to open and swing down. Once glove box down and out of the way you will look directly back and see a cover retained with small 7mm screws, remove them and behind you will find you filter which slides in and out.

Good luck and any more questions feel free to ask

Thanks Jay
