To adjust your headlights you need to turn the stud that sticks through the support of the retainer connecting your headlights to the header panel. Use a 4mm socket or wrench. Been a while since I had mine, but I seem to recall it being a rather tight area to work with.

Each headlight has 2 studs you can adjust if I remember right, Left/Right and Up/Down. The stud closer to the inner parking lights or inner high-beams adjusts your Up/Down motion. The studs closer to the outer corner signal lights adjust the left/right.

The headlights on my 1965 ford thunderbird start blinking once the lime green wires at the dimmer switch get hot. Replaced dimmer switch to no avail and the wires are not hot at the firewall or headlights,...

Cars built before 1990 had a circuit breaker built into the headlight switch. That breaker is doing its job.
The problem is something is drawing too much current like too many plugs in a wall outlet at home.
It could be corrosion in the harness or a connection, or the headlight switch could be faulty.

How do I adjust the headlights on my 1990 Toyota Camry?

The aiming of headlights is strictly governed by the country or state you reside in and is covered by the road ordinance in force there. Take your vehicle to an authorised center that can adjust your headlights and supply you with proof that the work has been carried out according to the requisite regulations. You will save yourself a lot of bother and prevent possible legal problems.

When i turn on my factory headlights and fog lights within a couple minutes my headlights turn off by themselves.

Your switch is overheating or your breaker is overloaded. Are fog lights factory? if not they are probably on the same circuit. If that is the case you probably need to step the breaker up about 5 amps.

I want remove the headlite switch knob.

It doesn't unscrew. If the knob comes off the stem, it is held on by a metal tab inside the hole in the knob. use a pick to depress the tab and pull it off. Otherwise, there should be a spring-loaded button on the headlight switch that you push to pull the knob stem out.
