Always take a picture before taking something apart :) The connectors should be labelled and a lot of them will fit in only one location. Barring that, most older wires have a memory; they take a set and tend to bend to where they spent the most time. Unless you bent them up and wrapped them out of the way, just letting them rest in the case should at least point you to where they used to be. There should be labels on the motherboard connectors that correspond with the wiring.

I changed my water pump on my 2004 3.4 Impala I forgot to disconnect the negative terminal after I got it changed I went to start my car And I have no ignition power?

Anti-theft has nothing to do with it ,disconnecting the battery won't do anything either . You left something disconnected or by not disconnecting the battery you blew a main fuse somewhere some how. You had to take a few things apart to get at the water pump. You need to find battery power distribution wiring diagrams an check with a voltmeter. See it all the time ,rookies

The horn on my car was unhooked before i got it and i dont know how to hook it back up

You'll probably have to do some internet research to get the wiring diagram, or buy a book to be able to trace the wires to and from the horn relay.

Just changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires on my 97 lesabre and now the check engine light won't turn off, tried unhooknig the neg terminal on the battery, no help. any suggestions? thanks!

You may try to unhook the battery negative cable and touching it to the positive cable and then hook it back up. Plugs and plug wires needing to be changed will not set a code turning light on anyway. If it stays on you will need to get the code it has stored in it and get that repaired then use a scan tool to turn it off.

Engine will not stay running getting codes p0122,p1496,p0405,and1684 changed throl. position sensor 1999 dodge intrepid 2.7 engine

Unhook the TPS connect a volt meter between the purple wire and a good ground. Key on engine off. If it reads 5v then replace TPS. If not the leave meter hooked up and unplug the MAP (front of engine on upper intake). If meter now reads 5v then replace MAP. If not then hook up that plug and unhook the EGR (back top of engine under the throttle body). Check and if need repeat with the A/C press. transducer (3 wire sensor in A/C hose near compressor). All of these share a sensor feed from the PCM. the most likly problem is a short in the MAP but a short in any of these sensors can cause the problem you describe.
