SOURCE: horn not working cant find fuse
it's under the hood. when you depress the horn button that switch energizes a relay that in turn operates the horn, which needs more current than could be switched through the horn button. the relay and the fuse (it's a 20 amp fuse if my chart is right) are both in the underhood fuse box which should be on a fender, maybe near the firewall. you will have to open the box to see what you are after but there are only a few things in it. hope that helps.

Hi; I believe the cigar lighter is on that fuse and that was a problem on these vehicles.

Should be on the right side of the engine by the starter.Has a 1 wire connector. It does not go into the cooling system so you can just take it out without draining the coolant.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Check coolant level. Check for heat at the heater hose going from water pump to heater core at firewall. Check to see that cable is moving coolant control valve from the closed to open position. Low mileage so it shouldn't be plugged heater core.
Testimonial: "You were absolutely correct. Low coolant level. Put in some 50/50 and we're nice and toasty now, but need to find out why coolant was so low. Thanks."

May want to look at replacing the wiper circuit board. It is located on the firewall adjacent to the wiper motor and has a some what square black cover with 3 torx screws and wireing harness pluged into the side.We had a truck that every time you washed it the wipers would stay on until it dryed out.You can try removing it and spaying it down with contact cleaner just watch the brease on the two contact tips.Well hope this helps.
Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6022358-relay_check to check the relay and socket. These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info.
