Spark plugs or 02 sensors? The rear 02 sensor is what sets this code. The numbers it produces, how fast or how slow they come is how it tells the ECM that the catalytic converter is getting worn out. The sensors it self can be bad and cause the same code as a bad converter. Just a note bosch 02 sensors are not very good, I have replace 2 and 3 in a row that where new. Go with OEM or denso.
Brake rotors out of round will do this. Inner tie rod ends will also make noise. Noises are a hard thing to diagnose over the computer but we can try. Also check the link pins and stabilizer bushings.
You have a HUB BEARING that is not sending the correcrt info to the cars COMPUTER. Usually a BRAKE MODULE. You can unplug ABS and Tracction control to see if the problem goes away. That is a quick fix, and diagnosis.
