My 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd will not start (turn over) immediately and the security light comes on. It takes about 15 minutes of turning the ignition to the start position until I see the check engine indicator flash and then I am able to start the Jeep. I am told it is a computer issue. Can anyone shed some light on how to resolve this problem?
This is also sympamatic of a timing belt failure if the cars timming belt snapped in top dead centretry inspecting for ware or if indead snaped.
