Special tool like Torx key. Use the ones that can be inserted into a size 10mm bolt socket. I think it's size T50.

take off tyre.
undo one nut on steering outer track rod end free it.
then its infront of you

fauly. replace it

pull the rubber protector off the twist the bulb anticlock wise and pull out refit new bulb and twist bulb holder back in clock wise

few torx bolt undo
pull the whole light out
replace bulb and refit

blown bulb at the back
