There is a flasher unit for the turn signals, separate from the hazard flasher, that is under the dash. If the fuse for the turns is good, and you already know the bulbs are good since the hazards work, then you may have a bad turn signal switch.
When you use the turn switch, do the bulbs come on and stay on, or nothing? If they come on and don't blink, then it's probably a bad turn flasher unit. If they don't come on at all, suspect a bad turn signal switch. But first check the fuses, then pull off the connector to the turn switch and see if you have one hot wire there, with key on. That one hot wire will be from the fuse.
Its a faulty turn signal switch.Try this, push down and hold brake pedal while pushing on the hazard switch and if the brake lights come on then replace the signal switch.
there are two different flashers for this they may both be bad turn on flash and listen for the clicking noise if it doesnt and just the light comes on replace also check to make sure all your bulbs are good this can also cause this
Time to change the flasher unit, it's usually close to the drivers side of vehicle and behind a fuse box access panel and will have something like "12v 23/98W " on it. It's a largish cube shaped componant and may be water damaged !
what you need to do is locate the relay for the turn signals and see if you can hear a click click click noise, if lights are still blinking it prolly will be that
The problem may be the switch itself. Do the arrows light up and stay on? Have you replaced the flasher itself, up above the fuse panel? And it is best for the car to have all four new bulbs put in at the same time.
If you haven't done so already, change both flashers that are mounted in the fuse box, the one for turn signals and the one for the 4 ways.
You might have a bad turn signal switch.
make sure the bulb is grounded good . usually if the front one is lit and the signal is fast the rear bulb might be bad . turn on the side that is not working properly and take off the lense and wiggle the bulb. also you might have to gt under it and check for the ground for the bulb .. holler if ou need more Jerry
