03 rendezvous heater fan runs with key off

It sounds like you may have a malfunctioning component in your heating system that is causing the fan to continue running even when the car is turned off. Pulling fuse 47, which controls the climate control blower and ignition 3 relay, stopped the fan from running but may have also caused other issues in the system. Replacing the fuse may not fix the problem, it may be necessary to have a mechanic diagnose and repair the specific component causing the issue.

2000 land rover dscovery heater/ac fan will not kick on,have replaced control unit, relays and diode, still loose power at fuse when unit cuts on,any ideas?

There is a resistor pack that controls the fan speed switches. Not sure about the 2000 Disco but on Range rovers of that era it is under the cover below the decker panel.- namely at the rear of the bonnet. Check that it actually is there, then get back to me and I'll post details of how to replace it

HEATER FAN QUIT WORKING. IS THERE FUSES?

Yes, the heater fan does have a fuse. If the fuse isn't blown, there's a sensor in the duct work behind the glove box under the dash that controls the fan speeds that you can check.

Heater does not work

Check heater fuse.
If fuse good - could be a failure of the blower fan motor or blower control switch.
If fuse bad - bad blower fan motor could have blown the fuse.
DO: check fuse, then blower motor.
Pricing: new blower motor: Duralast PM270 $43.99
new heater control switch: Duralast SW229 $46.99 (without
A/C).
I'd expect your blower resistor to be good - when they fail, the blower only will work on HIGH setting.

Heater Fan does not work

Sounds like the fan control knob has shorted out. You can check the fan "blower" relay and fuse in the engine compartment but you need to make sure the control knob is good or you will keep blowing fuses and relays. If your blower fuse and relay are good, then just have the control knob checked and replaced if needed.
