IF IT WONT START OR TURN OVER.CHECK BATTERY CABLES FOR TIGHTNESS AND FREE FROM CORROSSION. IF ALL IS GOOD STARTER COULD BE THE PROBLEM.IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING NO DASH LIGHTS OR RADIO WITH THE IGNITION SWITCH ON.PROBLEM COULD BE IGNITION FUSE OR SWITCH IS BAD.

there is almost no way to miss align the flywheel! did you checked side by side for proper fit and all the slots matched , if you didn't i would get one fro the same place and match the old one, Also did you remove the sensor before replacing the flywheel? if you didn't you may have a broken sensor.

How high are we talking? You have verified this is the correct pressure with a mechanical test gauge? If not do that first, if the pressure is normal then replace the sending unit first.
