Have a 2010 Toyota avensis 2.0 d4d , passenger side drive shaft broke 3 weeks ago , replaced it with a second hand one and it broke again why would it keep braken ??

Try opening the glove box and press the two side until the two extensions that prevent it from falling move in enough to allow it to fall out. I hope this will be of help.

white smoke is the sign of a bad head gasket. or water in wrong part of engine...cracked head or cracked block

i have been following avensis even before it came to existence, i mean to say i owned a toyota carina diesel td, before then an avensis 2002 first generation and now avensis second generation 2008 and all of them were diesel.
i found carina and avensis gen 1 to be easily manageable and easy to replace daily parts like lights and engine parts. i got impressed with carina thats why i bought avensis both are brilliant cars with minimal hokus pokus and focus being on the engine and long running machines with very or no visits to garage. due to change in environment laws and advancement in technology, the latest avensis is much more quiet, effective and runs very good , still toyota has kept it simple when it comes to interior and outlook, but the engine of the avensis has become more effective and powerful and also smooth.
few things to keep in mind is that that gen 2 avensis has egr and diesel particulate filter, these can clogged if the avensis is driven less and short tours, in my case this is not the problem. i already have spare diesel particulate filter and turbo with me bought on internet, in case it goes wrong. would like to mention that a friend of mine have mercedes and the dealer has advised him to drive on a long tour every year for over 180km to keep the engine from dying.
so this problem is not just related to avensis.

pros.
1. reliable
2. few visits to garage.
3. good mileage around 16 to 18 km pr litre
4. big trunk room
5. small to big family requirement is fulfilled
6. nice on long routes

cons
1. simple design with no first class interior

so as you see the pros are more than cons and hence making it the first choice

Seat base is not bolted.Grab under front of base with both hands near the ends and just snatch up quickly.Pull the seat base out from the car and the bolts for seat belts are visable.

As you push the light swithc in (to turn on) you will see a pivot, either side you will need a small precision straight and wedge it either side of the pivot point. The Plstic cluster should remove thus enabling you to put in new bulbs, i on the other hand replaced these bulbs with the error free T10 : Canbus 8 SMD LED No Error Free HID White Xenon W5W T10 501 Side Light Bulbs * You can find these on Ebay, cheap as chips and dont cause any problems.

without a detailed inspection i couldnt tell you from afar that difficult but check the speed sensor on top of the passenger side output drive shaft ,could be a sensor or the drive shaft gone but you can test the sensor before replacing it though with a multimeter.connect to lowest volt setting and spin the sensor if it works you see a voltage ,simple but it could be the drive shaft broke or even the nylon drive gear on the transmission

My Toyota is a 2007,avensis T180,a got problem with the heating,takes time till is warming up,so i have to drive the car for 2-3 miles to be able to use the heating,which i think is not common,also when i want to increase heating between that time to 22 or more degrees,then acceleration goes up it self with out to touch pedal with the foot.Please any help from somebody who know something about this.

as the avensis is a world car,you should be able to get a replacement lid from a wreckers.

Try changing the fuel filter.
