Do you have disk or drum brakes in the rear?, you may need to adjust your drum brakes, take wheel and tire off, spin the drum if it spins more than 11/2 turns your rear brakes need to be adjusted or change, the drum should fit tight, hope this helps ya if not your wheel bearing are probably a gone, .
That could be
- loose wheel nuts
- collapsed rear hub bearing
- worn or faulty rear suspension links behind the hub
Don't drive it until that is fixed. You may need to call a mobile mechanic to the car.
.
Bad wheel bearing. I do believe yours are pressed in. You can remove the spindle and take it to a shop and have them replace the bearing.
