you more then likely have an anti theft device, trying putting a flasher on either left or right and try, due all the dash gauges light up when you put the key to the on position? you can try unplugging battery and replugging it, ensure you have the radio code for stock radio before doing so.
check that the safety switch on the tranny is still connected . It is the switch that stops anything working until the tranny is in neutral or park That is the area I would be looking at first
All Honda / acura's come with 4 keys 3 black or grey and one red, the red one is very important make sure you have this. Very common on these cars that the immobiliser will kick in, the only way to turn it off is with that red key. otherwise it is an expensive dealer job.
