vacuum can be different in Canada than USA and in California.
(smog laws dictate all vacuum devices, most)
no country stated, in USA?, then use mitchells.
EGR and evap are diffr.
The vacuum hose diagram is under the hood, if it is lost or removed contact a local smog inspection shop or check with your local library they may have the information and diagrams.
When the air only blows out of the floor and defrost regardless of the selected route, it is defaulting. It means there is a problem. Most likely a vacuum leak. I have a 97 S10 that this happened to. I replaced a few vacuum hoses under the hood..One of which was not connected to anything, nor could I figure out where it was suppose to be connected, so I just plugged it..Added a little freon, and the air works wonderfully. Hope this helps..
