1/dash lights are on but gets flat quick 2/i tried jump starting it but nothing just to add extra power
The starter won't crank. If nothing happens when you turn the ignition key to the "Start" position, it means that the starter motor doesn't turn over the engine. Testimonial: "i have tried another good battery from another car and jumping started from another running car just to give it a extra boost but nothing so i opened up the starter motor and cleaned it all up with degreaser and sprayed a bit of crc after bit of wipe with a clean cloth just so it won't rust out and start jamming so i fully striped it and applied grease and oil just a finger wipe because of the electrical and sanding the solenoid bushes with fine sandpaper 240 grit,so after cleaning oiling and ect...and sanding the starter wires washers and even the nuts on both sides so there's no shortage any where for job well done and that was my first time ever i opened a starter and servicing one and it started but only thing was i stuffed up my ignition but i bypassed the wire's with on and off switch because of the starting position on ignition wouldn't turn the engine so after all the research and reading everything to do with engine starting problems wiring and ect..SOLVED at last many thanks to every one with bit of info and knowledge it helps alot :)"
