Feel the heater hoses where they go through the firewall. If they're both hot but you're not getting any heat, your blend door is not moving to mix heated air with unheated air. It could be the blend door actuator not working or the HVAC control unit not working.
The dual zone climate control may be out of sync, it is a common issue. The dealer can re-sync the system. It can also be due to a failed temperature control blend door or blend door actuator.
Blend air door actuator (temp)on left side of heater box near the gas pedal below it may be the mode door & passenger side has a temp door actuator for that side.
You say you can hear the climate control work, but the blend door for the heater may not be moving. If both heater hoses are hot, I would suspect the blend door.
