I have a 2002 Mitsubishi galan ES. You driving it, it hesitates, and then it loses power. It'll drive very slow for a little bit and then it'll go back to regular power

Sounds like ignition module may have gone out. No test for this.

when you pop the axel out of trans you could possibly lose a little fluid but not a whole lot you will lose less if the vehicle is only raised on the side you are removing i would also check the hub bearing

Thats a vapor lock problem with your carborator, or you have a cracked distributor cap. Sounds mre like vapor lockthough to me. Carb needs fixing.
