My SX Koup just lost power steering.
It has had a new ECU and updated software which has transformed the car removing the "dead" feeling in straight ahead driving and also removing the tendency to pull to the left

With motor removed, check linkage for binding. Also inspect for damaged or bent wiper actuator arms. Also check that pivots are securely mounted and not twisting the outer casting axially. Also make sure the motor is not 180 degrees out of position to the arms.
