SOURCE: no fuel no spark 1990 honda accord

other than the timing belt being broken, it sounds like the crank sensor in the distributor. get a used distributor. but first pop cap off and see if it is turning with engine.

SOURCE: 1999 Honda Accord won't start. No fuel pressure,

The relay may be located in the under hood fuse/relay box.
Check your manual for the location of the relay, if listed.
Check for a sticker on the inside of the under hood fuse/relay box for a possible guide.

I have a 1991 Honda accord. I installed a stereo and now it won't start no spark fuel pump took it to shop and was told I new a new distributer Will faulty distributer cause fuel pump not to turn on

??? Strange. From what you have written, did all this happen immediately after you installed the Stereo? If so, I would suggest that you have knocked out a couple of wires or unplugged a connecter behind the dash somewhere. It could also be possible that you may have accidently shorted a wire and blown one of the fuses in the starter circuit.

Where is the crankshaft sensor located in a 1991 honda accord

I don't list a crank sensor for a 1991 - probably because it has a distributor. Do you have spark to the plugs ? If not, you'll need a repair book to diagnose the ignition wiring.

My 91 honda Accord EX wagon wont start kinda sounds like its not getting gas but has gas in it

So pull a spark plug wire, carefully, and stick a long thin screw driver into the open end, be gentle, hold the screwdriver about a half inch away from the engine valve cover, and have yer buddy crank it ,do you see a blue spark? Ok if you did see the spark, then that system is functioning. If not then its the ignition system. Next at the end of your fuel rail look for the tire valve looking thingy, and turn the key on an then off, take the little plastic cap off of the thingy(Schrader valve) and in the middle of it you see a small pin, push that pin in and if it squirts out fuel with some pressure then you have fuel pressure, if not, check the fuel pump fuse, and the relay, pump.

First off, i let the car sit all winter and didn't turn it on once. so when i wanted to drive the accord again it wouldnt start. i replaced the battery, spark plugs, valve covers, starter, used dry gas...

I would check the fuel pressure. You will need a fuel pressure gauge to check it, but it could be a bad fuel pump or plugged fuel filter. A gauge will help you test them.

1991 honda accord wagon idles rough after driving it and i stop it looks like it cuts off but start right back up can you help me....

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. I would suggest to you to have a tune up. Change the spark plugs, coils, wires, coil packs. You could have a bad idle control sensor or something to that nature. If you have a check engine light on, get it scanned for codes. The tune up may solve your problem. Check the air filter and fuel filter. Make sure that you don't have no vacuum leaks.

91 honda accord wont crank

There is a sensor under the left hand side of the dash that would not allow it to start, provided that you have replaced the electronic spark module inside the distributor first, which is what it sounds like it would be, When you say you replaced the distributor I assume you replaced it complete!

Car just died on our 1991 Honda bf thinks its the timing belt

I'll tell you four common failures on 90-93 Accords: 1.) The PGM-FI relay goes bad cutting power to the fuel pump. 2.)The distributor ignitor goes bad cutting spark. 3.) The ignition coil goes bad cutting spark also. 4.) The electrical portion of the ignition switch goes bad cutting power. (Quick check: try wiggling the key in a circular motion while its running, if it dies the ign switch is bad.) Note: Watch the distributor rotor while cranking. If the rotor turns while cranking than the t-belt isn't broken.
