you may want to check your main fuse which is located under the hood

For the 1991 Dodge Ram Charger 360cubic inch = 5.9L V8.

no you most likely have one of the famous wiring problems for a dodge to have possible pcm problem check all pin conections to pcm on passenger side of fire wall under hood will be a start.

if the wiper motor isnt coming on, check the switch with a test light or voltage tester, unplug the motor turn switch on test the wires that go to the motor, if the are not hot, its your switch, if they are hot, its your motor.

Does it run o.k. when it does start ? You say it shoots fire, what do you mean, it backfires up through the throttle body, or it has spark?
