SOURCE: fuse box
The fuse box is located just above and to the right of the hood latch release. There's that little cubby there. Put your finger in the hole and pull back toward yourself and down slightly. It should just pop out. Fuse panel is behind there.

May be with other accessories like radio, or something. Might need to purchase a cheap 12v test light. Always good to have one around for such problems.

SOURCE: where is the fuse for cigerette lighter
For 2003 Buick Rendezvous, check the Fuse #32 for FRONT Power Outlets/cigarette
lighter problem. The fuses are numbered in the owners
manual.
This fuse is in the fuse box under the hood; not at the
passenger side compartment. It is a yellow 20AMP fuse in the middle
left area of the fuse box.
Its possible that you can find this and other interesting information here, in the Owners Manual (page 410).
Hope this help (remember comment and rated this help).
Testimonial: "i couldn't find it anywhere else this site was very helpful and got back with me in less then a hour. they even gave me exact spot where i could find it "

Are you sure no fuse was blown? there are more than 1 fuse box (in engine and under dashboard).

look in your owners manual at roadside emergencies both fuse box diagrams are in there if you don't have the manual go to ford.com and register for free and then down load your manual and keep it on your phone or computer and print out a copy to keep in the vehicle incase something else happens good luck Stephen
