Old school, try upper door frame with a fingers and then place a block to keep door from completely closing. Then, use a long close hanger to unlock door by pulling the inside handle outward.

Seen a trick with a tennis ball that has a 1 inch cut. you place the open cut over the door key cylinder and then with your hand, flat palm, slap the tennis ball hard against the cylinder. the air pressure should pop the lock to unlock.

How do you remove the front Bumper on 2017 Lincoln Continental

Can just add that the sensors for the airbags are in the front bumper area. Even if you retrieve a replacement from a salvage vehicle you may trigger the sensors when you attach your new part.

Battery dead. Why doesn't key turn door lock or open trunk?

Your keys should still manually unlock/open both...your remote signal will not be picked up as Battery is sure to check connections for dirt/corrosion/or loose before buying a battery...Hope this helps.

Lincoln continental battery keeps dying

the altinator should be putting out at least 14 volts,so have it checked out,and if its dead after an hour or so,it sounds like the diode,s gone,so the problem does seem to be the altinator.

1994 Lincoln Continental cold start problems. Need a jump every cold AM. When weather above freezing, car started without needing a jump.

start by having your battery checked just because there is some power in the battery doesn't always mean it is good there could be a dead cell in it and when you need a large demand of power it can't supply it
