Will a Toyota starlet motor fit in a feroza diahatsu and how much would be involved in doing it if possible?.

There is a service repair book on Ebay for 34.95. Go to ebay motors and write in OEM 84 1984 Toyota Starlet service repair manual. Should be info about your motor there. take care.

call dealer ask for diagram they will likely give it to you as the age of the car and the time involved in fixing it

Yes, the electric window motors will fit inside the door. Doesn't mather if right/left hand drive.

You are probably better off taking it to an authorized dealer. This job require some specian tools and you would also have a warranty with the work.

The Corolla gearbox has a longer tailshaft than the Starlet and the gearstick is in a different place, you may be able to fit with a modified driveshaft and a new hole in the floor , the starlet 5 speeds were a little fragile and prone to doing bearings. I would recommend rebuilding the one you have as it will probably be less hassle and cheaper.
