The soft top has an error say top is in operation, but its close and lock. I am thinking because the soft top plugs into where the interior lights are located, they are both tied together and there is a fuse are relay not working. Any suggestions.

The microswitch in the trunk is probably failing. Its just a pin switch. Get a new one and install. Its meant to warn you if there is something in the way.

this may be a broken track or if it doesnt move at all then it may be the motor or the switch is bad, try pushing the switch hard and hold while you wiggle the switch, i would check the fuses to make sure there are no bad fuses.
