1996 ford was warming up then died

1996 ford 350, 351 engine was warming up getting ready to leave and it died. Two years ago this happen and it was the stator gone bad. Could it be bad again There is no spark at the distrib. cap whe i pulled the wire loose

try testing your ignition module. They do this at some auto parts places for free. It is easy to get to. Then i would go back to the stator. I think a 351 does not have a crank sensor like a 302 , so dont evan look for it.

1996 F250 powerstroke 7.3L keeps dying

It is sometimes difficult to determine exactly what is wrong with the 7.3L engines. Many times it is hit and miss for the do-it-yourselfer. It sounds like you are getting enough fuel at first and then fuel is being constricted. You might want to try changing the fuel filter. Sometimes debris becomes lodged in the fuel tank switching valve which would require cleaning the valve or replacing it.

1996 ford taurus is losing power and rpms when engine gets warm

If it was a dealer, go back & have him scan it for fault codes. Usually cheaper to have it scanned and replace one faulty part, than replace 5 parts before you hit the right one. Autozone & PEP boys apparently will scan for free if you bought it private.
