Did you replace the dizzy with a new one or did you buy after market, or get a JY dizzy? The JY and after market ones have a tendency to be junk, the electronic coils inside are just garbage. I would suggest getting an OEM brand new or go to the dealer and see if you can buy just the Electronic coil to replace on the inside.

The old dist had no spark also

I know this sounds silly, but did you make sure the Dizzy is spinning? You could possibly have a broken timing belt.
