Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. I don't know what testing you've done? Have a helper crank it while you check for spark a the plugs. Check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? Those are the basic checks, in my opinion. You did plug the fuses back? Sometimes when a system loses battery voltage, the system may have to relearn or be reprogrammed?
Well my friend, my first opinion would be to have your ECM checked out. You might know the slang name of it "the brain" and it runs your vehicle. Now if it malfunctioned/went bad, it won't be able to give you any codes. I would suggest starting there. That could be why your having trouble with your neutral saftey switch also. Good Luck.
Hello;
Can't show you exactly, but is easy to take the grill out and change lamps while it is out! Grill has clips, you just have to un-clip it, pull two tabs on each side on the top and the whole thing comes out! (20 Minutes)
The crank sensor is near the harmonic balancer or the lowest pulley on the motor. Should be fairly easy to change. Camshaft sensor should be at the rear of the engine on top. Also relatively easy to change.
