1998 buick park avenue keeps blowing the stop lamp fuse, cant figure out why.

The fuse pops as soon as i touch it to the fuse box, i dont actually get the fuse completely in. would this be caused by a short? before it was popping when i pressed the brake pedal, so i replaced the brake light switch, every thing worked for a few min, the started doing it again. please hlep

Yes. Thus is a short. Check the switch wiring and bulbs. Does the car have a trailer hitch with trailer wiring. Those are a common source of shorts.

Cant find turn signal relay on a 1999 buick park avenue

Should be a little(usually silver) square box plugged into your fuse panel, usually above your left leg in drivers seat. Most vehicles , although i am not familiar with the Park Avenue. Probably has a cover that would have to be dropped.
