I own a 94 Lebaron convertible. I had the switch fail with the top down and thunderstorms imminent. Fortunately, I had my son with me. With a person on each side of the vehicle, each one grabs a side of the top near its front and manually lifts the top and walks toward the front of the vehicle. Remember that you have to overcome not only the dead weight of the top but also the hydraulic pressure in the pistons. The pressure in the pistons can be overcome by s-l-o-w-l-y walking the top toward the front until you can secure the latches. If you try to do it too quickly you'll just be wasting your energy. The pressure in the pistons will only release at a certain rate regardless of how much brute force you put into it.
It takes some effort but I know for a fact that it can be done.

It's located in the bottom of the oil pan of the engine under the car. If your changing your own oil, you'll want to change the filter at the same time you drain the oil. It should take about 4.5 to 5 quarts of oil to fill it through the cap on the valve cover on the top of the engine. You'll need I believe a 13mm wrench or socket for the plug and a filter wrench.

sounds like their is a sticking or bad starter relay try going under the hood and tapping the relays with the back end of a screw driver. this will sometimes loosen the contacts and often works. it may also mean, blown fuses in the panel. several other options exist like if theirs no sound at all when you turn the key then theirs ignition problems usually result of bad battery.. but more then likely you hear something continuing on >> check that you have good spark and good plugs, this is very often the cause of your problem.

The fuel pump for this vehicle is located in the tank iteslf, and it requires dropping the tank to replace.I hope I could help..

You can, but it will probably take two people and they must move the top slowly and together. It will be hard because you will be forcing the fluid back through the pump.
You can change it to a manual top by removing the bolt at the top of the cylinders and lowering the both shafts down into the cylinders.

if you cant find it on the rail there probably isn't one to find, you trying to do a pressure check???
