SOURCE: My drivers side seat belt

Sounds more as if the retraction spring would not be engaged.

There are two springs in the W140 seatbelt. The comfort spring is engaged during driving when the carkey is in the whole and the belt is fastened. As soon as you either pull out the key or press the button of the belt lock, a second retraction spring comes up and pulls the belt harder. Check this by pulling out the key with the seatbelt on. You must feel how it gets tightened, but I believe you won't.

Either the spring is broken or the electromagentic contact engaging the spring doesn't switch. If you are lucky the latter is due to a contact issue under the respective seat. Check plugs under the seat first.

How to remove the door panel on a mercedes S320 1994 model

Hello there,
To remove the door panel on a mercedes s320, 94 mode. Please fllow the steps below: Remove the triangular panel near the rear view mirror. This can be removed using a standard screwdriver to pop out the retaining clip.
Remove screw on the door jamb. This screw holds a black metal cover.
Pull out the "Air Bag" badge above the door handle and remove the screw.
Using a flat tool, pop the bottom of the door panel which is held in place by plastic retainers.
You should be able to jiggle the door panel off by pulling up using the handle or lifting up the bottom of the door panel.
Remove the wires that are attached to the tweeter and the door lock switch.
Would be glad to know if this was helpful to you. All the best Elect_Comp

How replace the rear shocks on mercedes 420 sel

You will need to remove the rear seats to access the hole just above the shock. Remove the bottom seat cushion first, then find the small bolts that hold the upper seat to the frame. Once removed, you will see access to the top of the shocks (might have a plastic covering the hole).
