Doesn't have a relay , controlled by a computer . SJB - smart junction box . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop. You have no idea of the complexity of these systems . Principles of Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) monitors the multifunction switch position by sending multiple voltage reference signals to the multifunction switch. When the multifunction switch is in the LH or RH TURN positions, or the hazard lamp switch is pressed, that input signal is routed to ground.
When the SJB receives a request for a turn signal or hazard lamps, the SJB supplies voltage to the appropriate turn lamps.
The timed on/off cycle is determined by the SJB and is set to flash approximately 80 times per minute if both the front and rear turn lamps operate correctly. If an individual turn signal lamp is inoperative, the SJB flashes the remaining turn lamp approximately 160 times per minute.
Qualified repair shop would hook up a factory or professional scanner an check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's . Not OBD2 engine code's , not the samething .

DTC P0532: Air Conditioning A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
DTC P0533: Air Conditioning A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit High Voltage
DTC P0645: A/C Clutch Relay Control Circuit
Circuit System Description
When the A/C switch is pressed, the HVAC control module sends a serial data message to the ECM. This input will request the engine control module (ECM) to ground the A/C compressor clutch relay control circuit, which will switch the A/C CMPRSR CLUTCH relay on. With the relay contacts closed, battery voltage is supplied to the A/C compressor clutch assembly.

Have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . ABS and brake light on , codes are stored in the EBCM - electronic brake control module . Could be ABS relay , control module , pump motor and the only way to find out what the problem is , have checked for DTC'S
With The ABS light on the system is disabled (not working ) This doesn't affect the base brakes . There are DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the ABS electronic control module . You would need to have the ABS system checked for codes ,then diagnosed for that code . Could be a wheel speed sensor or the wiring or a module .
Having the vehicle checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's would be a good first step . ABS light on codes are stored . Suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop that has the knowledge an testing equipment to diagnose the problem properly . Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS)
The 4-wheel, 4-channel anti-lock brake system (ABS) consists of the following components:
ABS module
Front wheel speed sensor
Front wheel speed sensor ring (integral to the front wheel bearing)
Hydraulic control unit (HCU)
Rear wheel speed sensor
Rear wheel speed sensor ring (integral to the rear halfshaft)
Yellow ABS warning indicator
As you can see here , it can set numerous
DTC'S Why guess an replace parts that won't fix the problem .

You'll need a scanner which is compatible with Hyundai's ABS system to retrieve any DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) stored in its computer. Any time the ABS light comes on, there's a DTC stored in its computer - that code will tell you where the problem exists. Then you can go from there.
