SOURCE: installing newer radio in older truck

the easiest thing you can do that will give you step by step directions. Go to http://www.crutchfield.com/ or call 1-800-319-8264 and tell them what car and what radio you have. They will sell you a adaptor and face plate with step by step directions. Everything you absolutely need.

SOURCE: installing cd player in truck and nothing works on it

You probably blew a fuse in the back of the radio, or in the fuse box. Check both to be sure. And remember, always disconnect the battery before you do something with the wiring harness.

Try disconnecting the power to the radio, this should act as a hard reset and return radio to normal operation, if not hten the radio is faulty

2006 hyundai sonata with pioneer DEH-P6200BT gives very weak AM reception. Only receiving two stations.FM is fine.

Sounds like the antenna cable is either unplugged or faulty.Remove the unit and check that the cable is plugged in.If it is then replace antenna and cable.

I HAVE A 94 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE PUTTING A PIONEER DEH-1900MP STEREO IN AND WHEN I SHUT IT OFF THE STEREO WONT SAVE THE PRESET STATIONS

the problem is you dont have the battery wire on the radio hooked up to a 12v constant. it sounds like you have to take the battery wire of the radio and hook it up to a wire that stays 12v all the time even when the car is off.
