Disconnect the Negative (Very important only the negative cable) battery cable for 5 minutes and see if the system resets.

SOURCE: Car won't crank & makes a clicking noise when ignition is turned.

Is this the original battery? Have u had it tested? The no crank, clicking noise is classic dead battery symptoms, lights can still work, but not enough power to turn engine over. If it's the original battery, it's at the end of it's life cycle, and should be replaced. U can get the battery tested for free at any parts store.

SOURCE: key is stuck

I had this problem too. You have to make sure on the shifter that the knob towards the dash is out. You know the one you hold in while you move the shifter into gear.

Keys locked in Chrysler Pacifica 2004

Do you have USAA insurance? I believe they have roadside assistance included in your policy which may include unlocking the door. Try calling your insurance carrier either way and find out if a locksmith is covered. On these newer vehicles I'm not sure if the old school slim jim works to unlock them.
