Answer to changing head light bulb, If the right side requires changing the battery needs to either come out or lossend.
If the left side air box needs to come out.

Check the harness under the truck, it may be damaged or has a pulled loose connector, follow it back along the chassis checking for power along the way with the pedal depressed. A 12 volt test light works well for this work.
To get at the fog lights out you have to unclip them, 4 latches - one on each cnr of the black ousing which can be reached by reaching down past headlights. Once loose they can be accessed by removing the wheel arch lining and pull out that way after unclipping the wiring block connnector. They look like a sealed unit but are not and come apart between the ehite and black housing. This makes it possible to be able to replace the 55w halogen bulb
brian_auno 1 solution is wrong.. globe is under a spring clip cover . remove cover, then unplug, then release retaining spring behind the globe. replacement is just process reversal
