its by your intake manifold on the bottom of the engine block. there is a heat shield covering it which will need to be removed to get to it

on a 95 model, it is located above the fuel tank in the rear of the vehicle

there is not a button for resetting the pump, replace the fuel pump relay and the pump should work assuming it is getting proper power
