Re: How do i remove the power window motor driver door
First this may be difficult, but here are the basics. Go buy a set of plastic tools at Harbor Freight to remove the door trim panel. It will be a combination of screws and plastic pop-in plugs that you have to pry out and you need those plastic tools not to wreck the trim panel. Label and unplug any wires holding the trim panel on. Once the trim panel is off, you should be able to see the power window motor. You are now on your own as I would have to see it to figure out how to get off. Check to see if there is a You-Tube video for your particular car. Some are good. Some of these things are easy to get off. Some are monsters. I never took one off a Mitus.

Pull the panel around the outer periphery there are bird beak plastic retainers holding the panel to the inner door metal. You will have to give it a slight jerk with hand or purchase a tool at the local auto store to slid under the panel in the clip area. You can buy birds beak retainers at the auto store if you break them.
The switch should pop out of the door panel using a flat screw driver in on cluster that holds all the window switches. Then you can rmove the switch you want easily. Just be gentle when prying the cluster out of the door, and the switch out of the cluster as not to damage the holding clips.
if it cant be opened from either side( child lock is on...etc) then the only way to get it open ist to try and rmove the inside door panel without breaking it< which is pretty much impossible. once you get into the door panne you can open the door by pushing the rod that used to connect to the handle. cheapest rout is to find a door panel and a door handle at a junk yard

The door panel must be removed to get to the wiring. On a 04 250 you need to: pop off the moulding covering the mirror mounting nuts. Pry the window switch plate forward then up to disconnect it, then unplug it . Rmove the screw behind the switch plate and behind the reflector. Push up on the door panel to remove it.
you have to remove the cup behind the door handle. rmove screws aroun the door pull. get a screw driver and pry the trim panel away from the door carefully. There is a plastic christmas tree clip every 6 inches. when the bottom & sides are free, lift up the trim panel to get it out of the track at the base of the window.
