Sounds like a blower motor resistor or bad relay. Blower motor resistor is so you don't burn up the blower motor.

My AC and Heater blower isn't working in the front vents of my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica what is the problem

If the air blows out of all of your other vents then you have either had an actuator go bad which controls which ducts the air flows through, or the shaft that has the "flap" on it has popped loose and no longer moves which will only allow air to go to the vents that are not locked. The easiest way to find out would be to get under the dash and start at the fan and trace air flow til you find the problem.

2004 Chrysler Pacifica--air conditioner/heater is not blowing in the front at all!! No defrost eithet--nothing! However, it does blow in the back but it is warm air even when the air conditioner is on. I...

You would need to know if the ac line is cold to each evaporator. Then if the blower motor for the front is getting power and ground. If the blower motor is running but no air is coming out the vents, you would need to check the blend doors under the dash.
It could be separate problems, or the PCM or ac control head on the dash.

I have a 2004 pacifica and my ac blows hot air unless its less than 67 degrees outside. Anything higher then it blows heat and just spurts of cold air.

You quite likely have a low state of charge in the AC system, have a shop hook up a set of AC system pressure gauges and verify that the system is low on charge.

2004 chrysler pacifica heater controls won't change

Under the dash drivers side there are mode motors that control where the air comes from replace bad one or both the bottom one is recirculate. You could take a volt meter and see which one has power when you push button

Why does fuse # 25 keep blowing out on my Chrysler pacifica 2004

Fuses pop because it is breaking the direct line of voltage that is being selected...anotherwords...instead of when you turn on your radio and the incorrect amount of voltage that is being sent to the radio frys it, the fuse breaks/pops to stop the flow of voltage to the radio.

The problem seems to either be a bad relay or wires are touching somewhere in that system.

I HAVE A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA AND THE HEATER MOTOR SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK IT SEEMS IF YOU CYCLE THROUGH ALL OF THE OPTIONS IT THEN STARTS TO BLOW. IF I HIT THE RECIRCULATION BUTTON IT SOMETIMES BLINKS.

Have you run the recalibration sequence for this? you put the ignition in the on position, then hold down the power and recirculation buttons for five seconds until you start getting flashing lights on your led panel. Let it finish flashing - 20 seconds to two minutes. That will recalibrate your driver/passenger side modes. The other thing is you do know that the pacifica is equipped with a delay, if the delay is lit up on your panel, it counts down so many minutes until the engine is warmed up and then your heater will blow, while it is in delay mode the blower automatically shifts to the lowest setting. hitting buttons like you said, you are probably eventually turning off the delay and then the blower motor will kick up.
