Sounds like either there is a lock button that was accidentally pushed or there was a wire connector that was accidentally unplugged by the detailist probably under the set!
You will need a scan tool to retreive the codes and turn off the MIL (malfunction indicator light). Cheaper scan tools are available on the aftermarket to perform this function. Will save a ton of money over going to the dealer.
adjust seat and steering to comfortable position press set and 1 on drivers door,position will be put into memory. put seat and steering into position that it is easy to get out of car, press exit 1 and the exit position will be in memory. do same procedure for driver2.
My car (Acura 3.5RL) has memory seats. What I do is set the seats and side view mirrors up the way I like, then press the driver #1 button and hold it until I hear a beep.
