None of those would be fixed by replacing the battery. Or did you replace the battery and then all of those stopped working?

You can tell of blade fuses are blown if you full them and hold them up to the light. That is a whole lot of stuff not working. I would say you need a good auto-electrician.

check the switch first and then the fuse

My 2006 kia Sorento ex .Instrument panel lights up when the headlights not on .I notice it when applied the brake mostly at night when park it in my driveway with engine off .

HATE TO SAY HEATER CORE IS A GARAGE OR DEALERSHIP FIX.THE DEALERSHIP HAS TO DISCHARGE AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM.THE CRASH PAD AND INSTRUMENT PANEL HAS TO BE REMOVED .YOU CAN BUY A HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL IT WILL SHOW YOU BUT THE DEALERSHIP HAS TO DISCHARGE THE AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM FIRST.FOR SAFETY DUE TO AIR BAGS AND TURN OFF RADIO.DISCONNECT REMOVE BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE FOR 20 MINUTES TO DISARM AIRBAGS IN STEERING WHEEL AND INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.WHEN YOU FINISH THE REPAIR.WHEN PUTTING NEGATIVE BATTERY BACK ON BATTERY.WITH THE IGNITION SWITCH ON POSITION ENGINE OFF THE AIR BAG LIGHT SHOULD ILLUMINATE FOR 4 TO 8 SECONDS THEN GO OFF.

nope you got a bad ground either at the light sockets or body ground
