SOURCE: In a Saturn SL2 1998,
P0133 is an oxygen sensor "response too slow" code (meaning it's not getting up to temperature quickly enough, and the computer is assuming damage to its heating element). P0422 is a catalytic converter problem indication (cat is below peak efficiency). It's assuming you have a failure with the primary O2 sensor and that the cat is also bad. Change your O2 sensor first, have the codes cleared, and see if the cat code comes back or if the O2 sensor change fixes both issues.
SOURCE: cd player takes cd the releases with ERR showing on the display
I had this problem. I went to an electronics store and purchased a cd cleaning kit, complete with cleaning solution. I used it twice and haven't had any other problems.
SOURCE: 2001 nissan pathfinder cd player shows ERR.........doesn't work!
On my 2002 xterra 6 Disk player.
It locked up on me.
I was able to fix it with key in the off position. I pulled the Radio fuse and put in back in.
The fuses are located under the hood on the left side right behind the battery.
Then I turned on the key and the radio. The CD began working just fine.

SOURCE: How to take off door panels on a 1998 Saturn SL2
You have to take off the door handle. You have to disengage the door
locking mechanism from the door handle, then unscrew the panel and take
it off.
The door handle unhinges from the locks and from the
window controls.
If your windows are electric, just unsnap the cord
attached and leave it hanging out.
You may have to work with the door handle as it won't come out of
the slot very easily and you don't have a lot of room. A flat bladed
screwdriver with a long metal piece should work to unsnap it.
Hope helps (remember rated this help).
