03 Jeep liberty sport 3.7, 45RFE 4X4 USA

Cranks, No start. Just died on the road. I have been threw this Jeep, checked all the sensors, found one bad coil. Found bad wires, pulled the harness and found a few more, repaired them. Checked all the plugs while it was out. Back together and still no start. No skim in the vehicle. I get voltage the injectors and coils at key on and cranking. Coils aren't firing cranking. pull the ECM and check with another from work, I get the samereal close resistance from the coil drivers. Any Idea's?

I also pull the valve covers and made sure the cams were turning and checked the timing.

2006 Kia Sorento LX Sport 4x4. Should replacing the crankshaft positioning sensor get me back on the road? According to the details below what should my next steps be?

Question edited for clarity, year make model first and Codes are P-Zero and not P-letter Oh.
Question moved to model category.

Yes, if the crankshaft position sensor fails, the engine doesn't know when to fire the spark. Buy a quality OEM sensor and not a junk copy from Mexico. It is worth paying for a good one.

2005 Jeep Liberty died while driving, cranks but no fuel pressure and no start

If it did not start and die when you used starting fluid then check to see if the plugs are getting spark. Check to see if injectors are pulsing. Could be bad crank sensor. Need scanner to check further

Engine dies, starts rough

Most large parts stores read codes free. Most common cause is crank sensor, but I'd have code checked before buying anything.

Wont start!

it is a possibility that the cps is bad. but also check to see if your car has a safety which will shut the car off if the oil pressure drops to low some vehicles have an automatic shutoff to save the engine. have you checked for codes the cps will throw a trouble code if it is bad, usually. check all your basics as well adequate fuel, spark etc. hope this helps some
