Power streering went and fluid is pouring out the bottom? I need to know if this is a rack and pinion system.

Possibly, but more likely a break in the high pressure hose that runs from the power steering pump to the rack and pinion assembly.

How do i change the power steering pressure switch on my 04 dodge ram 1500 hemi? I can't find it.

From the Factory Service Manual, you can get one relatively cheap from www.promanuals.net. Here is a link to your 2004 Dodge Ram Service Manual.

The power steering pressure switch is installed in
the power steering high-pressure hose (Fig. 9).

(1) Disconnect electrical connector from power
steering pressure switch.
(2) Place a small container or shop towel beneath
switch to collect any excess fluid.
(3) Remove switch. Use back-up wrench on power
steering line to prevent line bending.

Power fluid leaks, profuslly!!!!!!

check the power steering hoses. from the pump.. there's a high pressure line...if this one gets a crack, it'll leak alot...it's under pressure, the return line is not under pressure but it can leak just the same... wipe the hoses down and run the car, you'll be able to find the leak... also check the pump housing...for cracks.
Hoses are available from local parts houses... be sure to refill with only recommended type of fluid...don't cross mix types.

Power steering is leaking

It could be either of 2 things, the Pressure hose coming from your Power steering container (Holding your power streering fluid, or your return Line. the power steering pressure hose costs any where from $35-$60 dollars and is a pain in the **** to do your self on a malibu. the return line is a length of hose that is cut for you, costs anywhere from $3 -$12 - this is also a pain in the ****, due to the limited amount of room to work with and as well as the power steering fluid leaking on you. Your bet bet is to fix it yourself, cause they will cost you alot to take it in for repair unless you got the cash. Always remember to Block (tires) your vehicle anytime you are working underneathe it for safety reasons and to have someone watching you just in case ;)
Hope this was helpful
