Truck misses or wants to cut out between 40 -50mph and at 1000 - 2000 rpms, more so with the AC on

sound to me that you fan relay is sticking your owners manual should show you which one it is .

If this is happening at slow speeds and idle, I would suspect the fan clutch is defective.

Generally the computer is reading a problem with the fuel pressure being to high or to low. The ICP is one problem it could be and you changed it. The other could be Fuel pressure regulator control solenoid or problems with the injector (s).

if it runs fine at idle and at constant speeds, I would start by changing the fuel filter, if that doesn't correct the problem. check the fuel pressure and see if it the pump going oout

...and no check engine light? Could be a number of things. Start with a couple cheap things. Check the shart/large diameter vacuum hose on the back passenger sideof the engine. On top of the intake. Common vacuum leak.
Or get some MAF spray cleaner and clean the MAF sensor.
