Clutch and engine check light plus clutch got eaten up in 2 weeks time

Hello, have a 2006 Nissan Civilian with chassis AJW41 and with a mitsubushi engine. I currently have the clutch and engine check lights on. We have replaced the clutch but still the clutch light is on. Need to know how to turn these lights off. Also problem with last clutch installation was that it only took 2 weeks only and clutch is damaged this while the clutch check light is on. Any assistance is appreciated.

This is a great resource for the Nissan Civilian. The fuse Box Diagram is halfway down on the right. Owner manuals as well.

There is more on them here

and finally some nice images. They make a great Motor Home. We had a guy here a while back who was living in one for a while and then drove it part way across Australia to take it home from his father's home.

About my 1984 Nissan Civilian Motorhome having drive issues.

Question edited for better English, spelling and shorter sentences.

You bought an antique, it is nearly 40 years old. You are supposed to restore them and only take them to shows on Sundays :>D

Yes the wheels are tuning on axle stands because there is no load.

It is strange it got you home but wouldn't work the next day, but my theory is that because you were thrashing it, the clutch plate is soaked in oil from a bad main seal. Remove the clutch, see what is going on behind it.

Restore it and drive it sedately. Diesels are not fast engines.

I have a 2006 nissan altima. when i push the clutch in it idles high. no engine light has come on but it misses sometimes (not all the time).

If the clutch has been replaced check the engine grounds and tranny grounds. you might be getting a change in ground when the clutch is pressed.

Nissan Civilian bus Td42. Start it up turn

check the wiring on the new lights you have fitted. if there was no problem before then the lights are the fault. there maybe a failure in the lighting wiring on the new lights. shorting out the electrics and cutting the engine out.

I have a Nissan civilian bus,Used, model 2006 diesel. i bought it from United Arab Emirates and i am driving it in Lebanon. the problem is that its overheating on hills and the temp. is reaching 100 C. i...

not bad little buses actually. A little under powered but, good. Drain and refill the cooling system. Does this engine have an electric fan of a fan clutch attatched to the engine. I can not remember which this has. If it is a fan clutch, replace it too. I don't think you have any major problems. Let me know.
